CHRISTOPHER K. JAFARI
Attorney, C&K Law Group
Mr. Jafari graduated with a degree in international business with a minor in French from California State University, Fullerton, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Western State University College of Law.
Mr. Jafari has extensive experience in the legal field for over 15 years, conducting both multiple successful jury trials, bench trials, and successful appeals, including a published opinion changing the law in California with respect to awards of attorney’s fees. Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Jafari held the position of corporate counsel for a Fortune 500 company in Orange County, California.
Mr. Jafari is ranked as a top rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the leading legal database highlighting a lawyer's experience, background and contributions to the legal profession.
He is also a member of Seven Figure Lawyers, a nation-wide organization designating lawyers who successfully obtained seven-figure judgments for their clients.

Kay Kiarash Jafari earned his J.D. from Trinity Law School, ranking the top of his class in the subjects of Civil Procedure, Community Property, and Business Organizations. He would pass the California Bar Exam on his first try and become a General Partner for the very law firm that he and his brother successfully grew together since 2005.
Within his first year of being a licensed attorney, Kay successfully shook the very foundation of the “only one winner” rule that has been long-held California’s courts through a decision that the Court of Appeal certified for publication after considering the persuasive briefing and oral arguments presented by him. Sharif v. Mehusa, Inc. (2015) 241 Cal.App.4th 185. The firm’s clients have long respected Kay not only for his ability to vigorously represent their interests but also for his genuine concern for their emotional well-being.

AMAZING BROTHERS!!!!! Have been using Chris and Kay for years now for all my cases! They have been nothing but wonderful.
